Refund Policy

We want you to love your order! If something isn’t right, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

Because each item is custom-made, we can only accept returns for items that arrive damaged or with a printing error.  
To start a return or replacement, email us at thetealdeal80@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the issue.  
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 business days after we receive confirmation.
